Join Our Culinary Team! Lead Line Cook Position Available Are you passionate about creating delightful culinary experiences? Do you thrive in a positive and collaborative work environment? Position: Line Cook/Prep Cook Location:San Jose / Milpitas Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5am-2pm, Catering Breakfast & Lunch Services Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of American, California, Asian, Italian, Mexican and Modern Continentalcuisines with precision and creativity. Execute menu items efficiently, ensuring top-notch quality and presentation. Collaborate with our talented kitchen team to deliver exceptional catering services. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety standards. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Line Cook in Californian / Asian / Italian / American / European/Continental cuisine a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must have positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for teamwork. Knowledge of breakfast and lunch preparation techniques. Culinary degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
